    Given the relative success of the the options issue (40%) oversubscribed you have to wonder whether they could have done an overall rights issue 1:1 at $0.006 (sp was .008 at the time) with a free option as a sweetener and raised $7m. Far more cash raised with less dilution. Too late now!
