Australia is just cautious and systematic which is great unlike USA. We don't want cannabis growing in every backyard, would we?
Just be patient and everything will fall into place soon. First test crop will be due for harvesting 4QTR.
Meanwhile, we can start promoting the cosmetic side and start topping up (excellent SP for Top Up) while waiting. After all, we are LT and will do the harvesting of divs in a yr or 2, IMHO.
