From what I can see he has 'present' for both of them. Maye their is a link between the two as well just as the Telink dude sits on the XPE board. It is not a crime to sit on boards.
Is your point that he should be only doing XPE work until XPE is established then he could do whatever he likes? The other way to look at it is he feels XPE is established enough with the new deals coming on stream soon for him to spread his wings. Or your right - he sees XPE as a sinking ship is what you seem to be implying so teeing up the next job now. Only time will tell - I think the former than the latter by the way, that is XPE has a bright future.
