I would then recommend gaining permission from XPED lawyers/management to be using XPED's entities business name as part of your FB chat room site. Maybe change it to Stockbuddies...that way you cant be held accountable for any ill or misinformed guidance..
It's not stupid at all. Speak to a lawyer, send an email to FB admin and make sure you are protected along with the other XPED Chatroom admin operators.
