I might have to give up golf. Get home and World War 3 has been declared!
Gut feel, but I think FAR has played this superbly today. The RISC update has raised the stakes and in my humble opinion there is no way FAR would have challenged the PE conditions unless it has funding locked and loaded.
The delay might have been agony, but FAR's timing might well prove to be exquisite.
Hot said it: Isn't this great. We are off and running. Expect WPL to fight hard but really if FAR can establish its PE rights and has funding in place, WPL looks to be in big strife.
