How much was it going to cost to exercise the options?? I think you will find it would have been higher than current market price - only a fool would have done that.
Read announcement 19/5/2003 re Directors change of Interest. 1 million shares acquired on market @ 33 cents per share.
In any case I dont need to read announcements like that to be convinced, I just refer to the chart........
