Let me get this straight...
FAR think that an African government is going to align with them and allow FAR to bring in a third party with unknown motives - rather than rule in favour of the comptent company who's goals of a shiny FPSO and early production align with those of the government?
Call me a cynical, but even if FAR have a case - which I'm sure COP dispute - the chance of any decision going against the government's preference is negligible. FAR is likely just burning money on lawyers...
