I'm also in SEL which has exhibited similar price behaviour to PMN immediately after the offer.
SEL offer was circa $5. it opened at 4.80 then fell to 3.80 .... now its 4.68,
so applying the same logic, and ready between the lines that this deal is close to done i figure it should rally off the 6.82 where i purchased tonight
I just cant see much downside from here
