re: employees Hopefully it will just blow over but if you were any of the three employees in question then you probably wouldn't voluntarily go back to the DRC to face this kangaroo court.
You would have to surmise that this court action was brought on from a petition lodged by S&G - probably part of a grander plan to have the company charged with war crimes & seek compensation in the tens of millions.
