I'm starting to come around to a similar point of view.
The only explanation I can come up with is that a launch(es) is imminent and that some regional outposts /subsidiaries have jumped the gun by placing material on their web-sites.
If I was OBJ, I'd be politely enquiring/demanding to know what is going on, and I'd be surprised in the extreme if they haven't been informed.
