Well it stands to reason there wouldn't be an oversupply I guess. Why produce excessive amounts when there is no profit in it.
We know of mines that have scaled back production or have stopped altogether. Japan utilities are probably stock piling. Other participants are probably holding product that they've paid more than current spot price for.
So utilities will need to stump up more money.
Lets hope what's going on behind the scenes and in the shadows is further coiling of the spring until eventually Boinggg!!!!
