It is just not a reasonable proposition for ---
A military Court
To track down three individuals
To arrange some form of extradition (the only way individuals would appear.)
To present charges and prove complicity.
Legally the whole process is a rather ridiculous proposition.
So ridiculous it is likely to die in the "too hard" basket.
Knowing of Congo past means of doing business etc - an "out of court settlement" would be the normal process?
Would be a prediciment for BT if he was expected to "negotiate".
That is if he was involved.
Which he isn't.

Anvil TSX share price sitting at about $10.00 Canadian last night.
Which equates to a share price of $1.16538 on ASX.
A familiar number?
Which suggests Canadian institutions have evaluated/placed orders for Anvil to BUY at up to$1.00.
Share price should stay close to this mark until there is a change of perception.
Hopefully positive.
If institutions have accumulated sufficient shares at "up to $10.00" share price could retract.
As ASX turnover in Anvil shares is high it may be that institution/s are balancing percentage of Anvil in portfolios by selling some due to the recent price surge.
Unless Miningnut is preparing for a holiday to Tahiti.
