I think Foxconn got a rep on board to keep a closer eye on their investment. If the company was kicking goals and they had a return on their investment, then Foxconn would not have put a rep on aMIGME board. IMO it would have been Foxconn saying if you want more cash from us then we will have more control on what's going on.
