WTF?! FAR yesterday said COP had confirmed FAR has PE rights; today COP says it's all over Red Rover.

Who spoke to who in the meantime?

This looks headed to court, does it not?

Not sure about you, but the whole schemozzle is failing my common sense test. COP says it notified FAR as per the JV agreement somewhere on or before 12 July. If that were the case, are we to believe FAR fart-arsed around for five weeks and allowed the PE period to slip away? That simply doesn't add up. FAR and FJ have been saying for two years that Senegal is a company maker; now COP asks us to believe FAR fiddled while PE burned. I don't think so.

COP - and I am sure WPL - have concocted this to screw FAR over. Dunno about you, but I get angry when the little guy gets sand kicked in his face, so get stuck into them Cath. We can only hope COP's sale agreement with WPL is a case of a Texan bringing a knife to a gunfight.
