    Not sure I see the point in this. AirBNB is short term, great. Renters looking to live.

    Essentially means any place for rent needs to be furnished first. Which adds to LLord cost when tenant found.

    Unless co-op is solely about finding places close by to rent short term to "experience local vibe".
