I hear this often when companies are in downtrend... ("Why won't management step in... management doesn't care about SP.. The company should release more info
etc.. )
First preparing reports and releasing to the market is a cost. Second, all the information regarding the business is already in the public arena... Third, Don't forget that management are significant holders, they own many more shares than either me or you, they also have an incentive to increase SP.
What do you propose management do? Re release a previous annoucement or spend time and resources coming up with an announcement everytime the SP falls?
Patience is a virtue... they are hard at work developing the plans for phase II..
Upcoming News flow:
- September: Scoping Studies (We could see the annual report around this time too)
- October: Q3 Quarterly
- November: Nameplate Capacity Milestone
Maybe this is an opportunity to double down?
