I think you can safely discount that this move is a positive one. As much as it's nice to dream... That sort of thing doesn't happen. This Is a major holder selling aggressively through either a unreconcilable dispute with the company (and they want to kick the cat on the way out)... Or they have seen something that has dramatically changed their view I holding. This is my view. Who knows... But it sure ain't because of someone wanting the tech so bad they are planning a takeover.
