Not sure if this has been said today as busy at work and no time to read all the posts but given yesterdays ASX announce by FAR I would have expected an announcement by FAR's management clarifying yesterdays announcement in reference to COP's apparent overnight backflip on PE rights. Not good for us shareholders.
On a side not given the $billions at stake I would have though there would have been a please explain asked by the ASX. Obviously this effects WPL holders as well as FAR's.
Lack of clarification or reasons for the now opposing opinions on PE rights by COP and FAR is clearly not good for FAR holders unless you have gone short...mmmm.
