Depends if CYP get any questioning and what they are re the protocol for the trial. Killian is highly experienced so shouldn't be an issue, But as it is novel, i.e the first ISPC's for a clinical human trial expect a lot of questions therefore my bet it will roll into next year before it starts.
30 to 60 days is dreaming.
