Jujum FAR is giving a statement on commerciality only and it will have no influence on backers, the only DOC thats relevant is the official legal one from the JV / Govt and it will unlikely be before the end of the appraisal drilling.
On the other hand any serious player and we know of one binding offer from WPL, will have make their own judgements on commerciality and that offer alone tells you everything you need ot know , WPL have just let everone know this field will be developed...the real claytons DOC...
FAR are only doing what they had to do if they wished to keep their PE plans alive, time had run out to finalise any deal in the orignal timeframe for whatever reason...
