vote no kowalick nc, page-13

I have had no personal conflict with Kowalick, he just happens to be the only board member up for re-election. Change is badly needed so from my point of view you start with the first cab off the rank. I intend to run a vote NO for Kowalick campaign. It is my intention to write to all shareholders about this election and to do it I will be using the shareholder registrar which is available to all shareholders. I feel very strongly about what has and what may occur with our company. This is ten years of my life that these guys are playing games with and I view it very seriously that they are not up to the task that is expected of them. Once again it must be said "the assets are great, the board sucks" This has cost most of you many thousands and in my case millions.Feel free to ask questions as long as they are not personal or private company information.
