    eg. Uganda alone ...

    For $1.5 billion they get Hardman's half of ...
    300 - 1000 million bls at $$60/bl.

    At 300mbls = $18,000,000,000.00 (less development costs) and at 1000mbls ... $60,000,000,000.00 (less development costs).

    and I repeat ... that's just Uganda.

    The dream is still alive with TLW !!!
