I have not bought any AEX since the slide. However i am in the process of picking up some more.

Imo this is a buying opportunity.

The company hasnt been big on rhetoric...or communication for that matter, but lets look at what they have said.....

Lets start with the 'immense potential' of the area/geology. Big statement that.
In the most recent announcement we see..."extremely encouraging evidence for the possible extension to the MCR"

..and... "awaiting confirmation for prospecting permits on neighbouring farms...."to enable a further extension to the planned drilling"

AEX are ramping up to bigger and better things here. Clearly they are looking to EXPAND the inferred resource.
Clearly they think better grades exist 'outside of' the known inferred resource.

what do AEX have now?

Well they have close to 100 holes drilled for their geological modelling for starters.
They have confirmation of the potential for the MCR to be expaned.....and that means upgrades to the resource. Add to that the drills planned for the 'other' tenements under application and its clear we are looking at a company intent on turning this into a much bigger operation.

As Rok relayed a couple of days ago..."we are going mining in SA"

So what do we have then?

A market saying youve got an ordinary project...

A company saying we are extremely encouraged.

They are planning full steam ahead drilling folks.

Expect much more drilling activity well into 2007 and beyond. These guys are in SA and Denny Dalton for the long haul.

Move on guys if AEX isnt for you. This guy is on and looking for more.

Times like these are opportunities for believers and exit points for those who have lost the faith.

We just need the company to work on their PR/media savvy cos' basically its pretty ordinary.

Good news is they will be drilling to confirm extension to the MCR...handy having a few more holes like the ones they got this time around ;)

And lets see how CCIC Geo modelling goes.....theres $billions there and sooner..or later they will be realised.
