yttrium .. " people prefer lower de4nsity living " .... Says who ? You ? ..Who are these " people " ?
They prefer that ..because up until now ..thats all they have had , they know no different .
Personally ( and this is not what this is about ) .. I was brought up as a child on 1200 squ metres in Beaumaris Victoria , a nice seaside upper - middle suburb . Today 3 equally nice town houses sit on the site , Im certain they live more efficiently than I did as a child .
Lets not kid ourselves , its a case of sustainabilty and enviroment . If you wish to completely f%ck affordability ..we will all move to the centre and develop that !! .. Sorry guys and girls ..fact of life ..Density = intereststructure . Its great for presure groups like " save our suburbs " to talk ..... None of these have a morgage ..What will happen ? ..they will die and create large property assets which others will sell ..and we will have density anyhow !
