re: vote no kowalick: Peter has gone back on his promise (some people you can trust, others you should not) I give everyone the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.Before the disasterous SPP I intended to call a shareholders meeting as at that time I had 13% of our company. I was begged not to and promised a fair hearing after the SPP. The SPP occured I was watered down dramaticly and could no longer instigate a shareholders meeting and guess what the fair hearing did not occur.Norm
