Tullow share price rise shows either or both that

1. That Uganda is much much bigger than we were led to believe - and .. or

2. That Tullow is thought by the market to have done a great deal with Hardman (for Tullow).

Both explanations do not reflect well on the Hardman board. We have either been misled about Uganda or sold for a song to Tullow - or both.
