Norm, with all due respect, wouldn't it be a better option for the board to be expanded, with perhaps two new members. (including you) At this stage of its development, and with a number of things on the go, an enlarged board may be more appropriate that biffing the only candidate for re-election, who may or may not have some use down the track.
The expansion may not be possible, but could at least be suggested at the AGM as something for the coming year. It certainly smells that they have not taken you back on the board, perhaps having you sitting at the same table would take them a bit far out of their comfort zone?
I think I'll vote no, not in the expectation of Mr K getting rejected, which may be unfair on him, but to help send the message that at least some SH's are unimpressed.
