ASIC does, however - and they need to investigate the WHY and the WHO of this obvious market manipulation.

In the UK, sharemarket investors who were the victims of a remarkedly similar market manipulation, had to take the perpetrators to the Supreme Court to get satisfaction, as the UK regulators were so slack.

Now, I have posted this before - but you tell me, is this not either similar, or identical, market manipulation in the XPE shares, in recent days??? Read down far enough to see how the crooks did it.

Those who had stop loss levels hit, should be very, very VERY angry about this - and should demand ASIC do an investigation. They may already be doing that, of course.

Great article Fitza. this is EXACTLY how the trading action have been since Thursday, ASIC should definitely be involved.
