Yes, absolutely they should.....and they can hardly say they never noticed a 500 million turnover of shares, in two days, with zero announcement.
The XPE announcement today, proves the innocence of XPE in all this, imo.
So, the question remains, WHY did this happen??
For all we know, there may be (just like the British example I gave) a group of overseas manipulators, who are able and intent on, manipulating the life out of this stock?
