I like the idea of Gofish1 to extend the board:
it shows that shareholders are not satisfied with the current performance of the board and at the same time (hopefully) ensures that future action will be more professional and faster.
Besides norm or another person with a background in the industry, a person with a solid background in finance/the financial markets would be great!
