Also now explains Cairns MD comment re structure of the deal. If Coleman correct on legal standing then presume Cairn also not able to PE. Interesting that Coleman let that info slip! Have seen this before and may simply come down to interpretation of intent of PE provisions. Not convinced of an amicable ending!
