If you are a CNE shareholder you might become extremely pissed off at Simon zero interest in increasing CNE stake, even though CNE have a lot on there plate.

Once CNE shareholder understand the value lost by not increasing CNE SNE percentage then MD Simon might have some explaining to do.

So currently CNE has said not interested

But a re start to the PE period CNE might change there mind.

Poor WPL.

As then CNE get an additional approx 25% and FAR 10% assuming maximum PE take up by both JVs.

So what's WPL going to do

1, Walk away? Maybe PC has done some good walking already.

2, Buy FAR after PE and get only 25% of SNE.

3, Buy FAR now and get 15 + 35 = 50% and stop the legals.

As WPL are in too deep already they have to do number 3 as they can't allow CNE to change there mind.
