BUT why the need to engineer the price 'gravitation' towards the entry of the sophisticated placement .. some say 'risk management' for them to dump shares quickly to realised a quick profit 1.6 -> 1.0 obviously we can't discount parties from borrowing & selling - it is not out of the ordinary & happens very frequently in the mkt .. & did the party/parties assume the freebies options will be granted or was that already stipulated by the shareIssue statement from the priv placement. SH approval is not required for small placement < 10% of the Cap.
