why all the negative sentiment Hi Folks

    Hi blokes your question below;

"satori, thoughts on managements innaction. anyone spoken to the company?"

Look guys, nobody likes seeing their investment plummet from mid 6's to near mid 3's......

People here are talking about being burned by AEX...whats your investment time span 5 minutes?
If it is then stop loss and play the 2% rule. And move on to the next trade.

Folks this is not a good result re share price. thats obvious.

But as ive said since the announcent. I see this as positive.
Some clever poster is jumping up and down saying own up who thought this would be the next PDN.....

Well since the last announcement I think its feasible this could produce some excellent drills from here. I regularly mention AEX in the same breath as PDN and AGS and to a lesser extent with RRS and EXT.

AEX has the potential to be an excellent operation. The drill results just confirmed possible extensions to the MCR. Market didnt get that obviously.

I am looking AHEAD in my investment....not backwards.

I am looking for DEVELOPMENTS. I am seeing them.

I am also looking at the upcoming drills and feeling confident that theres a good chance we may get some more promising indicators that the MCR will indeed be extended.

And what about the farms waiting to be picked up by the company and drilled eh?

The company thought DD was economical at U $30 a pound. Its near double that. Gold is $600.

The geology is ancient. The geos are 'confident' the inferred resource will be measured up.

I am thinking big picture. I am thinking long term and I am thinking that at the moment every man and his dog is saying sell AEX.

Its just so predictable and so transparent.

When I was actively trading I would pounce on days like this on companys I researched well and 'believed' in.

AEX is in that category now. Its a contrarian situation.

Traders have this firmly in their grasp. So much of the good gains we have experienced have been undone. We are where we were months ago.

Should management clarify themselves? Probably. i think they seriously need to actually clarify exactly what they were trying to do in that last announcement.

If you are going to get on the front foot and announce a trading halt then you should do likewise if the share price goes the other way.

Seems management have their own agenda and appear to be very confident about the direction of the company and their approach to the drilling, the permit applications and the resource. thats comforting in a sense.

But.....as many here have pointed out, where are the directors holdings?

I dont give a rats whether they hold or not but obviously some here see it as a necessity.

I stand by my calls that drill results will speak for this company if management cant...or wont.
It does amaze me that these guys dont quite get it re whats required re PR/media savvy and investor/shareholder relations.
Thats the 'vibe' I seem to get here...having never spoken to them myself.

I continue to hold and I will continue to look to add to my holdings. I mean I back my research and my gut and I will stand by that unless something tells me i'm wrong..

The recent announcement didnt spell disaster for me...it was opportunity.

OXR I recall went from 20 cents to 7 cents. PNA went from 30 cents to 14 cents.

Shi..t happens. Markets overreact both ways.

What we have got is a company saying that the drills near the old mine were AS EXPECTED lower.
We also had MINERALISATION demonstrated outside the known resource. We saw a couple of those holes.

    Bad news? No.

Sometimes average/competent/untried management is labelled as 'bad management'...especially in a market that sets ideals.
AEX have made some good decisions...and some average ones. Denny Dalton appears to be an excellent one. $5 million dollars of MTX isnt bad either re Wingellina.
Plenty of drills for those bucks.

Management will learn from this. I expect good news on a number of fronts in the coming months...and thats not a long wait for me.

What I would like to see management do is to keep their eye on the ball...that is a bird in the hand....prove up the existing inferred resource. By all means drill and expand the resource outside the inferred zone...but make sure the market has a sense of both in their own right.
    Things need to be clear.

These guys probably stick breakfast and dinner in a blender and drink it through a straw perhaps? ;)

Thats what the last announcement was.

My eyes are on double digits and a measured and indicated resource with big upgrade potential.

I think thats what we have.

Goodluck to those who have traded this successfully. I dont have a problem with those stating their trades....just depends on the attitude behind it.

One has to be careful not to be seen to be rubbing salt into the wounds of some of those less fortunate..or skilled than themselves.

I dont like the niggling here. Too many here imo are hitting below the belt.

We are all here to make money. Be happy folks. I am not happy with the shareprice either...no need to bring others down though because of it.

    Goodluck!
