re: vote yes kowalick Ok, I lied....
I am staggered that we are entering one of the most exciting periods for Arafura and investors (drilling at Lagoon Creek) and all the comments are negative and destructive.

Due to the comments of those who have read my posts (amongst others) and invested in Arafura, I feel somewhat obligated to get involved in this discussion again; although it appears I may be 'upsetting the cart' somewhat. But we are here for robust debate...

I would like to congratulate moffatt (the heathen who does not own Arafura shares ;-)) and others for seperating frustration in share price to legitimate poor performance by this Director (that does take guts).

I would like to have the eloquence of pruner, but sadly I dont so here goes...

I am somewhat baffled that Norm who has far greater insight into the assets of Arafura than probaly anyone, has never elaborated on the assets of Arafura. Personally I (like most others I would think) would be over the moon to get Norm's views on (for example) Nolans or Lagoon Creek. Norm you are probably better qualified to explain what we own in a constructive manner than anyone yet we dont get the benefit of this. Why?

To my knowledge I have never met nor spoken to Ian Kowalick.

Since last night I have done some more research (phone mainly) on Ian and I can find only positive attributes to his charachter and achievements. I also spoke to the company, they are aware of this campaign and are frustrated that they are fielding calls on this rather than getting on with the business at hand. Credit to the person that I spoke to they did not speak badly of Norm.

I am yet to hear anyone put up a specific argument as to why Ian should be forced out for his failings. To use the argument that he is a member of the board is simply not good enough. Detailed argument has been asked for and is not forthcoming.

Like others I will not be a party to the 'hanging' of someone who has done no wrong, Norm has stated that he is not after this guy specifically but essentially wants blood. Norm stated last time around that he did not want to be on the board, on this point I am in agreement, I do not want this attitude on our board.

I emphatically agree with Pruner's point that ejecting someone from the board would make it difficult in the extreme to attract good quality people into the future.

I have never met nor spoken to Norm and only have the greatest respect for his achievements, knowledge and experience, but I will not be a party to this.
I am still coming to grips that whenever we start to get somewhere, Norm fires up. I must admit that I dont like it as it tends to cost me money.

Lastly if people want to send the board a message, get your facts together and go to the AGM. Put them under the hammer and give them the opportunity to respond; that is the proper way business is done (even though I have been guilty of doing otherwise).

Arafura has had some great achievements since listing and one stuff up (SSPP) in my view. Let them get on with it.

Ps. Pruner I note you are a teacher so please forgive me all the 'I's and bad punctuation and bad grammer...
