Hey there Kalmsy,

I dont think there has been one post that has questioned Ian's intelligence or charachter, rather his suitability to sit on the board when we are, as you say, entering one of the most exciting periods for Arafura.

Its right now that we need to find people that are proven in the mining industry that can take us the next step. Unless we keep expanding the board ad-finitum to fit the right people in, some will have to go, as nice as they might be.

Once more I have never met Ian, but have also done some research and feel that we need someone with more mining experience and less admin experience on the board at this time. So dont look at it that we are voting no for his failings, rather that we need someone with a different bank of expeiences.

I also find it strange that ARU know about this debate and am hoping that they dont spend too much of OUR TIME reading the boards..

I also can sort of read between Norm's lines and get the feeling he is hamstrung in what he can and cant say on a public forum. He may or may not be able to allude to what we have in the ground, but the drillings will confirm this in good time. The passion he displays in ARU is evident, this should give people a hint to his thoughts on what we have in ground.
