IMO, Michael Partington, a consultant knows where to get the best possible UI and UX models now for his clients (ie ADRC from XPED) and he knows how to provide the consulting services needed for companies.
Remember, ADRC is patented. Best for Michael I would think, is to get the best of both worlds .... ADRC and his own consulting business.

Additionally, he is holding 17+million shares only. That figure is nothing compared to the hundreds of millions of shares that got transacted during the chaos 2 days. Michael may be holding tight to his holdings or even buying more as he has more knowledge than any one of us as the current price is ridiculously low. Just IMO.
If Michael is currently in the consulting business for IOT and Startup business and is promoting IOT business, and he was there at XPED during the last almost 5 years (he did not leave XPED prior to the success of ADRC of recent days - he left XPED for his original business as consultant), I don't think I have any worries at all.
