ASL still has 45 mil in cash, at pe = 8, div = 4.3% and has good long term contracts. This would be an ideal t/o candidate, no ?
l think it is only a matter of time before this stock is up rated, perhaps just waiting to see what they buy ?
profit margin is steady around 10%, room for some improvement.
