Yes on the 21st i posted that I believe we would have an announcement by the end of that week.....I did expect that as the Rigs were being prepared for Barging ...I guess I was wrong with my time estimation ....In this regard I would hope then it is this week or at least very soon.
some people try to pass on information they believe to be correct in a lot of cases it may be incorrect or late or spot on.
in any event the my projection on timing was incorrect , I try to be as informative as possible , the drill rigs do need to be barged over and they do need to be partly Dismantled to do this and timing is important to barge across the Bay to avoid rough seas.
