Spot on Zac, WPL are out of the picture until FAR and COP sort out their disagreement. Having said that I bet WPL are giving COP a massive ear bashing and probably threatening legal action if the deal falls over hence the reason COP are reluctant to restart/start the PE clock. IMO DB
