If one were to enter before a possible pull back to 3.5 i still think you will see FOMO when things bounce back kick in to the 4s. More of a matter of timing, but the FOMO come September and the 'bounce' back up by those still waiting for further entry points and jumping to get in if it takes off would be hard to chart. Very quiet trades today, don't think it will make it back to 3.9.
