I believe so, that is why i am concerned that at least 80Million more shares have been issued...I still have not heard back...(and to say I have not allowed for the special crossings etc which does not go into the VWAP)(they are the lower priced ones...) I believe the VWAP has been closer to .3cents and above rather then .25 cents and prior to today it do not fall this low
