Exactly the whole idea of 2 strike is that the heed a clear message that their antics will not be tolerated. So what risk of a board dissolution is there. Let's not forget that the board also has the power to appoint alternates if their negotiations with management fail. So there is absolutely no excuse. If anything imc should take heed as well that at least 25% of shareholdings will not just roll over.
Why exactly would new blood be a bad thing ? Oh because they have made us all so damn rich and because they are indispensable to the operations and strategic direction of this company such as leading us toward an unconventional TO.
