there is no chance that the blades would collapse without significant force.
if the blades were collapsible easily enough to avoid injury, they would be swept back by the rotation of the rotormast and pinned back by the rotor torque.
remember this thing is as large as a fire extinguisher, so it is going to have comparable blades to a RC helicopter.
