Its not an 'if' at all imo. These guys know exactly what they are doing and how to get things done. I don't worry about that, and i am looking for the drilling to kick in soon. The only reason this is discounted by a dollar is because people still worry about that. It did not worry the big boys chopping up $20m in an over subscribed placement that attracted multiple times the money. These guys are happy to take advantage of the weakness. Franklins, B2Gold, Hains and numerous other players don't seem to share the same fears. The market was convinced that RTG would not get the EP and the ECC and yet they achieved both.
