re: speeding ticket . crossing Australian Biodiesel Group (ABJ) has been following the same path regarding sp, I would think it's an Australian biodiesel industry sentiment driving the sp down, not (necessarily) the company itself. ABJ has done a bit worse I believe (relative to ARW), the report they released recently sheds some light on complications they've been experiencing. It seems to all boil down to the changes in legislation, does anyway know the likelihood of a reversal? Does labor have the same policy on biodiesel? It's difficult to be impartial, as I own this stock, but it disgusts me that the government would withdraw support from this industry, when we seriously need to work on reducing emissions from this country. On top of this increasing fuel costs are a major problem, biodiesel won't by any means fix this, but will at least help in the form of healthy competition. Can anyone explain why the legislation was changed in the first place (to make the industry more competitive?), I've neglected to look much into why the changes were made in the first place (and might be missing something).
