There' nothing illegal in what the company is doing, immoral maybe but illegal? no. It's just part of the game. RRS is in some ways going through the same and I expect EXT holders may face something similar soon. The only thing that matters in the end is whether you can make a dollar out of it, so firstly it depends on where you get in. That's the game for us small fish and it isn't really any different for the big guys, except they have an advantage over us as they know the gameplan well before we do. They will ensure the price moves higher rather than lower simply because it is in their longterm interest so my plan is to keep buying in weakness, in anticipation of a good payday down the track
It would seem most of the negatives have now been removed and expect the company to have an amazing turnaround soon. That's my opinion of the situation, though I may be delusional.
