shame you could not hang around, as we all need continual help in some form or another here on the TLS forum as most of us suffer from future GDP expectations (gross dividend perceptions).
that is why the classic "income" investor will always overpay for yield .
mind you- at least we can sleep at night , but so can a "bear" in a cave until it is time to "wake up"- then they have to forage for Goldillocks just to survive.
