My understanding and the way I see it, is that the management and team of PLS are working very hard to achieve a great outcome and I am very disappointed to see the negativity here today. The talks of low take over bids etc are just nonsense and quite wrong to be here for any who may be thinking to make such a move on us. Dont give them a false price. Don't let sentiment bring your FA down. It was once stated that the fairy's are not going to take it, nor will the whales as we are locked up on land. I mean, its possibly not easy for them with a like minded shareholder group aligned with the board. Thats a first! We could go to the shore and negotiate a possible better SP, so as to be consumed? That's not my ideal tho.

Whats changed to reflect this? The market is eagerly awaiting a DFS that is quite significant and complex. Recent announcements provide additional planning, objectives and options. Larger market players are waiting for these details and a far greater derisking to come into this market. IMO, we have seen nothing of these larger buyers as yet despite what many think. None of my personal research and discussions with these parties (funds) have been willing to take a sizable stake of exposure; of what will soon possibly make up there asset allocations. So far we have seen some buying but nothing compared to what will come.

We are sitting on the largest resource in the world of HR Spodumene thats 100% Australian owned and with capacity too soon supply. Where else can buyers source such supply? Surety and security comes at a price. Maybe thats what GLC see? They want more, Tinci and Optimum Nano and behind them???
If they were ladies wanting me, id feel like a rockstar!

The buyers are seeking quality for premium outcomes and China (or anyone else) doesn't want to be building EV's etc with range/power shortcomings. China has lost the vehicle market up until now and they want to dominate this new industry in mobility and transport.

PLS is moving to be quite de-risked, the're on the pathway to mine with all signs confirming this, and they are also looking to commission the mine to production much earlier. No signs of wanting to bail out there.
They have resolved issues with AJM for smooth neighbourhood relations. They have set procedures for procurement and management of the requirements to build the mine and passed on the responsibility to capable parties that will be successful with their tender.

The market control is all speculative risk and sure something may come of it, but that will have to benefit SH's to succeed. Should a plan be hatching, then I am sure their doing their homework and would be very concerned on how their plans will materialise. We have a committed team which has put new men in the job with skill sets to go mining.

We could also see this current lull as the eye of the cyclone, with the results soon to commence the play. Maybe, we're just biding time until the DFS and the winds will catch the sails then.

I am very very sure that modelling will be in the dfs for higher offtake prices and throughput. Dont also forget that PLS will have built in to DFS for the down stream conversion. A future where we can be competitive when most others cant. We will participate in value adding. Our proximity to port, our quality etc strip ratio. Please just add patience.

You can speculate all you want guys, but we have the rare metallurgy in desired form, that's quality and in abundant supply. It is also mostly unallocated and is extremely desirable with companies worldwide wanting our supply, or us.

    Whats to be negative about???
We hold the silver...........maybe the golden spoon!

If any reader has found this a disjointed, please be cool with me as I have just added bits as the days thoughts came together. Lithium is cooool
