I don't regard the share price as a benchmark from which to judge what is the true value of PLS. This price has been, and continues to be 'manufactured' by manipulators using the tools of sentiment and fear and hope so that it is dislocated from the reality of the true worth.
None of the big players in the drama have any delusions that they do not have to pay full value for the biggest resource currently coming on line. Some of the retail investors will be bumped off the wave. However a bidding war will not be based on value, but on the biggest wallet

Thank you SN for your extensive contribution to our community. I cannot shake the feeling however that your contributions were perhaps not directly aimed at educating and informing us, but in reality meant to deliver your comprehensive message to PLS management who we know will be well aware of what is posted on HC. So while we are the apparent beneficiaries of SN's  message I am sure the information will be well placed as management struggle with choosing the best mutual solution for the company and the shareholders. ( perhaps in case they didn't think of it here is a reminder)

What SN's message also delivers as I am sure he intended was to bolster up our resolve not to sell our shares too cheaply.
I think the whole debate serves to strengthen our resolve to hold firm and I glimpse fleetingly the 'fine Italian hand' of SN at work here Thanks Michael
